Sian and Wayne are a beautiful couple from the UK who chose to marry in Tuscany. Their wedding was an intimate affair, with Tenuta di Papena as the venue for their preparations and dinner—a rustic villa nestled in the stunning Sienese hills, offering the quintessential atmosphere and scenery of the Tuscan countryside. For the ceremony, Sian and Wayne selected the Abbey of San Galgano, a magical and unique place. This 13th-century church, famous worldwide for its missing roof, provided a breathtaking backdrop for their vows.

After the ceremony, we couldn’t miss the opportunity to take wedding photos at the Abbey of San Galgano—a unique, evocative, and romantic setting for couple portraits. Once the session at the Abbey was finished, we returned to the villa to enjoy a Tuscan aperitivo by the pool before the outdoor dinner.

Between courses, we took advantage of the stunning golden hour light to capture a few more couple shots in the villa’s beautiful garden. I will always carry with me wonderful memories of Sian and Wayne’s wedding—two truly special people.
