Borgo Corsignano: one of the most exclusive wedding venues in Tuscany
Borgo Corsignano is a truly special place, a dream location also for those, like me, who work as a wedding photographer in Arezzo and the Casentino area. It is one of my favorite venues, where I always work with great pleasure.
This 18th-century rural borgo is nestled among the rolling hills of the Casentino, near Arezzo, and enjoys a stunning view of Poppi, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy.

A destination wedding from Monaco to Tuscany
Zlata and Dimitry come from the Principality of Monaco and chose Tuscany to celebrate their love together with friends and family, with an intimate and emotional symbolic ceremony surrounded by nature.
Their getting ready took place in the lakefront suite at Borgo Corsignano, a peaceful and relaxing space, perfect for gathering emotions before the ceremony. A wonderful setting to experience those quiet, meaningful moments that precede the “I do”.
Outdoor ceremony and refined floral design
The ceremony was held outdoors, in the panoramic area of Borgo Corsignano, overlooking the Tuscan countryside.
The floral design, carefully curated but never excessive, featured vibrant yet elegant colors, bringing life and character to the entire setting.
Wedding planner Simona Vena masterfully balanced elegance and simplicity, creating an atmosphere that felt refined, harmonious, and deeply authentic, perfectly reflecting the couple’s vision.
Couple photos at sunset: the magic of Golden Hour
With Zlata and Dimitry, we had agreed in advance on a short, natural, and minimally posed photo session, allowing them to fully enjoy the aperitif with their guests.
This is one of the advantages of working as a wedding photographer at Borgo Corsignano: knowing the venue deeply, I already knew which spots to use based on the light, making the most of every moment without taking time away from their experience.
The couple session took place during Golden Hour, and at Borgo Corsignano, sunset is pure magic. The warm golden light floods the borgo, creating an emotional and intimate atmosphere.
Zlata and Dimitry embraced every ray of sunlight with spontaneity, fully immersed in the moment. I followed them discreetly, capturing their connection in a natural and authentic way.

Dinner, details, and a “La Dolce Vita” atmosphere
The table décor was a perfect balance between autumn, reflected in the floral color palette, and summer, thanks to the beautiful Ginori porcelain tableware.
As a wedding photographer at Borgo Corsignano, I have seen many weddings, but this one conveyed a rare sense of authentic elegance and warmth.
Wedding planner Simona Vena curated every detail with exceptional care, creating a “La Dolce Vita” atmosphere, blending conviviality and refinement seamlessly.
The geometric table layout played an important role as well, beautifully enhanced by drone photography, which emphasized the harmony and essential lines of the scene.

After dinner, the celebration continued with live music, transforming the evening into a vibrant and unforgettable party. The dancing set the tone for a joyful and energetic atmosphere, bringing the celebration to its peak.
